Testigo is run by Mieru Consulting, which is responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect
Only what you send us when you join the waitlist:
- Your email address.
- Whether you own a presale, are thinking of buying, or are a lawyer or agent.
- The project you tell us you care about, if any.
- Your browser's language setting and the page that sent you to us (if your browser shares it), and the time you signed up.
We don't collect sensitive personal data, payment details or your name. The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.
What we use it for
- To email you when alerts open for Tulum and when the status of the project you named changes.
- To decide which projects to check first, by counting how many people ask about each one.
We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for anyone else's marketing.
Who handles it for us
We use a few providers to run the site. They process data only to provide their service to us:
- GitHub (United States) stores the waitlist in a private repository.
- Vercel (United States) hosts the site and the signup form.
- Forward Email (United States) forwards mail sent to hola@testigo.mx.
Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts and map tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receive your IP address as part of a normal web request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hola@testigo.mx from the address you signed up with and say what you'd like. We reply within 20 business days. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist without launching, whichever comes first.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date above and, for meaningful changes, email the people on the waitlist.

Datos que recabamos
Solo los que nos envías al unirte a la lista de espera:
- Tu correo electrónico.
- Si eres dueño de una preventa, estás pensando en comprar, o eres abogado o agente.
- El proyecto que te interesa, si nos lo indicas.
- El idioma configurado en tu navegador, la página desde la que llegaste (si tu navegador la comparte) y la hora de registro.
No recabamos datos personales sensibles, datos de pago ni tu nombre. El sitio no usa cookies ni scripts de publicidad o rastreo.
Finalidades
- Enviarte un correo cuando abran las alertas para Tulum y cuando cambie el estatus del proyecto que nos indicaste.
- Decidir qué proyectos revisar primero, contando cuántas personas preguntan por cada uno.
No vendemos ni rentamos tus datos y no los usamos para mercadotecnia de terceros.
Encargados
Usamos algunos proveedores para operar el sitio, que tratan los datos únicamente para prestarnos su servicio:
- GitHub (Estados Unidos) guarda la lista de espera en un repositorio privado.
- Vercel (Estados Unidos) aloja el sitio y el formulario de registro.
- Forward Email (Estados Unidos) reenvía los correos enviados a hola@testigo.mx.
Las páginas también cargan tipografías de Google Fonts y mapas de OpenStreetMap, que reciben tu dirección IP como parte normal de la conexión.
Derechos ARCO y revocación
Puedes solicitar el acceso, rectificación o cancelación de tus datos, oponerte a su tratamiento o revocar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento. Escribe a hola@testigo.mx desde el correo con el que te registraste e indica tu solicitud. Respondemos en un plazo máximo de 20 días hábiles. Cada correo que enviemos incluirá una forma de darte de baja.
Conservación
Hasta que nos pidas eliminarlos, o hasta que cerremos la lista de espera sin lanzar el servicio, lo que ocurra primero.
Cambios
Si cambiamos este aviso, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba y, si el cambio es relevante, lo notificaremos por correo a quienes estén en la lista de espera.
